Built with exceptional RF sensitivity and available in 4-port and 8-port configurations, the FX9600 provides superior tag capture accuracy—even in challenging RF environments involving metal, liquids, and tightly packed goods. This enables consistent, error-free tracking of pallets, cases, and individual items as they move through receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations.

Powered by a high-performance processor with expanded memory, the FX9600 supports edge computing, allowing embedded applications to process RFID data directly on the reader. By filtering and parsing data at the network edge, businesses can reduce backend traffic, lower latency, and improve real-time decision-making while simplifying system integration.

Deployment is fast and cost-effective thanks to support for Power over Ethernet (PoE and PoE+), eliminating the need for separate power drops. The compact, streamlined design places all ports on one side for easier installation and maintenance. Optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as an optional 4G LTE modem with GPS, allow the FX9600 to be used in mobile, vehicle-mounted, and remote field applications.

Built for durability, the FX9600 features a die-cast aluminum housing, IP53 sealing, and resistance to dust, moisture, vibration, and extreme temperatures—ensuring reliable operation in harsh industrial conditions. Shipping & Return

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
