VALIDITY OF OFFER - The offer and price is valid at the time of purchase or until the next update on the website.

  • Initial Installation, demonstration and user training provided for selected models.

  • A 24hr. helpdesk telephone number will be provided by Softlogic for call incident logging
  • The hardware will be installed by qualified personnel recruited by Softlogic while the demo on user will be performed by the same experienced deployment team.
  • Response time of Softlogic for Breakdowns in Colombo will be within 4 working hours.
  • Response time of Softlogic for Breakdowns in Colombo Suburbs will be within next working day.
  • Response time of Softlogic for Breakdown out of Colombo will be within next working day

  • Resident technicians support from all districts

  • Softlogic technical services covers Island-wide technical coverage.
  • The technical services team consists of 50+ island-wide technicians.
  • They are centrally managed with an in-house field management application giving Softlogic full control and agility.

Warranty Policy

WARRANTY, SERVICE AND SUPPORT

 

WARRANTY PERIOD - 01-03 Years Comprehensive Warranty as per the product description which covers on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, replacement & repairs. However, warranty will be void due to the following reasons; unauthorized tampering, opening of systems, accidents, fire, misuse, abuse, high temperature, lightning, acts of Gods or third party modifications.                           

POST WARRANTY CHARGES - Customer has an option of entering into a Comprehensive service contract after the warranty period. The per annum maintenance agreement charge will be15% of the purchased price.                                                           

NUMBER OF PERIODICAL SERVICE  - We provide you Two (02) preventive maintenance services per year and on-site corrective maintenance 24x7x365 Days.

Any item that is covered under a warranty card, details of the warranty will be disclosed on the product’s description page. However we have the absolute discretion in accepting or refusing any item under Exchange or Return and Refund Policy
